And the best way to breathe is to sing. You cannot sing if you don\u2019t breathe. And what we think modify the speed of the breathing, modify the speed of the heart. So, sing as much as you can, sing all the time, it\u2019s not forbidden: it&#8217;s not illegal.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>To conclude, Maitreya Rael says: \u201cIt\u2019s stupid to cry of sadness. When you refuse to be happy, you don\u2019t create happiness in other people. But when you are happy, when you smile for no reason in the street, when you sing in the street, you make everybody happy: it changes something inside them. Be the happiness you want to spread on Earth and that\u2019s called love.
