The Earth is flat. The Earth is flat. Yes, it is,\u201d\u00a0he said\u00a0speaking\u00a0at podbay.fm show.<\/p>\n<p>The 45-year-old has referred to his traveling experience when explaining the belief.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI drive from coast to coast, and this s*** is flat to me. I\u2019m just saying. I drive from Florida to California all the time, and it\u2019s flat to me. I do not go up and down at a 360-degree angle.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Four-time NBA champion\u2019s words are echoing those of another basketball player, Kyrie Irving from Cleveland Cavaliers, who spoke his mind up last week.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is not even a conspiracy theory. The Earth is flat,\u201d\u00a0four-time NBA All Star Irving\u00a0said\u00a0on another podcast, published on February 17.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking on the show, O\u2019Neal has also expressed his doubts in the American education system.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cListen, there are three ways to manipulate the mind \u2014 what you read, what you see and what you hear. In school, first thing they teach us is, \u2018Oh, Columbus discovered America,\u2019 but when he got there, there were some fair-skinned people with the long hair smoking on the peace pipes. So, what does that tell you? Columbus didn\u2019t discover America.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Newark, New Jersey native O&#8217;Neal is in 7th place all-time in points scored, 15 time NBA All Star, three time NBA All Star Game MVP, three time Finals MVP.
