Beth was in tears and getting upset when the hostess was asking her questions,\u201d Evans\u2019 boyfriend Joshua Moran\u00a0told\u00a0The Sun.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s embarrassing to have to explain about period pains when it\u2019s being overheard. They didn\u2019t have anyone look her over. They just contacted a medical team in the US and they said Beth couldn\u2019t fly,\u201d Moran added.<\/p>\n<p>A statement from an Emirates spokesperson said Evans \u201calerted crew that she was suffering from discomfort and pain and mentioned she was feeling unwell.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe captain made the decision to request medical support and offload Ms Evans so she could access medical assistance.
