People are living now afraid, so afraid…to die.
\nThat\u2019s so funny!
\nTo see everybody with masks, vaccines, avoiding distance.
\nAfraid to die
\nWow!
\nEverybody will die, we will all die.
\nSo what?<\/p>\n

If you become afraid to die: you will die.
\nAnyway!<\/p>\n

So, you can be afraid or not, it doesn\u2019t change anything.
\nIf, by being afraid, you could escape from death, that would be great!
\nYou can be afraid as you want: you will die.<\/p>\n

So, better enjoy.
\nBetter enjoy life, because now we are alive!
\nWe can breathe. Can you?
\nWe can breathe, without masks better.
\nWe can breathe.
\nWe wake up and we breathe.<\/p>\n

Some people complain because they wake up in the middle of the night.
\nThe more you age, the more often it happens.
\nAround 3 or 4 hours after you start sleeping, there is a wake up.
\nAfter fifty, it happens often. And people complain \u201cAh, I wake up during the night\u201d.
\nComplain if you don\u2019t wake up!
\nIf you don\u2019t wake up, then you are dead.
\nSo, instead of \u201cAh, I woke up 3 times last night”, enjoy!<\/p>\n

Every time I wake up, me, I wake up 3 or 4 times every night:
\n\u201cWow! I am still alive on Earth\u201d.
\nIt’s like death: you cannot avoid it.<\/p>\n

And people say \u201cNo, it’s not normal, I should sleep 8 hours straight and not wake up\u201d.
\nThe brain has some cycles, but also hormones.
\nSleeping is created by hormones called melatonin.
\nAnd it creates waves. A lot of melatonin: you sleep.
\nAnd when the amount goes down, you wake up.
\nSimple!<\/p>\n

So, if you are like me and wake up during the night, no sadness, no \u201cAh, I had bad sleep!\u201d.
\nEnjoy!
\nWake up? Yes!
\nGo outside, look at the stars.
\nIf you don\u2019t wake up in the middle of the night, you cannot see the stars.<\/p>\n

Dance, enjoy!
\nLast night I woke up 4 times.
\nVery happy!<\/p>\n

So happy when I wake up, because one day, sorry to tell you\u2026there will be no wake up.
\nYou will be cold, stiff.
\nPeople will come and touch \u201cAh, no more alive!\u201d.
\nThat\u2019s coming.<\/p>\n

So, what is death?
\nContinuing to be infinite and eternal.
\nDeath is nothing.<\/p>\n

Then when you are afraid of it, you separate yourself from infinity.
\nYou put a separation.
\nPeople die!<\/p>\n

Enjoy!
\nEvery day, I wake up, for now, and I say \u201cAh, one more day\u201d!
\nMaybe tonight will be the last night on this planet.
\nSo what?<\/p>\n

I know where I go after!
\nThis shocks me when I see Raelians on Facebook or some other places, who say “oh, until this person dies”
\nor “this person is very sick, please send your love and the energy”…to avoid death?<\/p>\n

If one day I\u2019m very sick and death is coming, don’t send me love and energy !
\nFor what? To keep me alive? To keep me suffering?
\nGive me love and energy to have a good trip.<\/p>\n

We know where we go after. Do you?<\/p>\n

So, no reason to be afraid.
\nNo reason to be sad.
\nWelcome death!<\/p>\n

No mask, no fear. Are you Happy?<\/p>\n

I wish you a beautiful day, a beautiful life…and a beautiful death!<\/p>\n
