Americans do not understand the Mediterranean mentality: the family of every innocent civilian killed will, for generations, search for revenge against Americans. It\u2019s called \u201cvendetta\u201d and was going on for centuries. Or how to create \u201cterrorists\u201d. Then, after the next \u201cterrorist\u201d attack, Americans will dare to ask: \u201cWhy do they hate us so much?\u201d\u2026<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n

Below is a very disturbing and well-known Wikileaks video exposing what happened \u2014 and is still happening every day \u2014 in the Middle East. It\u2019s called \u201cCollateral Murder,\u201d and the soldier you see in the video is Ethan McCord, one of many soldiers heard in the Wikileaks video to be deployed in Iraq.<\/p>\n

There is some disturbing footage in it, but it\u2019s a powerful tool to let people know about something that is commonly covered up, leaving the Western world oblivious to the reality of the situation.<\/p>\n

We are made to believe that soldiers are sent over to these countries to fight terror, completely ignoring the fact that innocent people are being killed every day.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe rules of engagement in Iraq are a joke.\u201d\u00a0(taken from video)<\/p>\n

Not only that, these so-called \u201cterrorist\u201d groups that are used to justify our incursion\u00a0into these countries have ties to United States intelligence agencies. Al Qaeda is a great example of a group with such ties. You can read more about that\u00a0here. The thought that these terrorist groups are a creation of Western intelligence agencies is\u00a0scary to ponder, and begs the question, what\u2019s going on? Where do these \u201cterrorists\u201d really come from and why are they doing what they are doing?<\/p>\n

Right now, the focus has shifted away from Al Qaeda to other terrorist groups like ISIS, and the same thing is happening in Syria, among other countries.<\/p>\n

At the end of the day, it\u2019s humans killing humans. Regardless of whoever\u00a0or whatever is pulling the strings, it\u2019s a human being pulling the trigger. It\u2019s great to see many soldiers waking up and asking questions, because that\u2019s the only way this is going to stop.<\/p>\n

Here are some quotes by McCord taken from the video.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf you feel threatened in any way, you\u2019re able to engage that person. Many soldiers felt threatened just by the fact that you were looking at them, so they fired their weapons on anybody that was looking at them because they (I) felt threatened. We were told if we were to fire on anybody, and if it were to be investigated, that \u2018officers will take care of you.\u2019 \u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWe were told by our\u00a0battalion commander to kill every m***** f****** on the street. \u00a0Many soldiers would not do that, we decided we were going to shoot into the rooftops of buildings because, if you didn\u2019t fire, the NCOs in your platoon would make your life hell.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThis happens on a daily basis, destroying vans full of children, the destruction of the Iraqi people happens on a daily basis.\u201d<\/p>\n
