● Between Naha Airport and the Hotels
Airport Limousine Bus
https://okinawabus.com/en/ls/ls_timetable_fares/This bus for the D and DC areas runs between the airport and hotels in the Academy area. The bus stops at Kariyushi Beach Resort Ocean Spa Hotel, the Busena Terrace Hotel and the Courtyard by Marriott Okinawa Resort (former Kanehide Kise Beach Palace Hotel, reopening in June). The Best Western Hotel is a 6 minute-walk from the Courtyard by Marriott.

● Please register online in advance at “Register Now” for academy participation, optional bento meals and the JRM Circular Bus service.
● Payment must be made at the reception desk during check-in to receive a participant ID card. Without an ID card, you will not be able to participate in the academy, so please be sure to complete the check-in on time during the allotted hours.
● For security reasons, all non-members and new participants must provide a digital photo of themselves within 10 days after registering, by emailing asia-ha@rael.org. Please note that you will not be able to participate without providing a photo in advance.
● Please bring your final registration details/invoice along with you during check-in in case of any discrepancies.
● Deadlines
Online registration for academy participation, optional bento meals and JRM Circular Bus service July 31, 2026 (Japan time)
No refunds will be permitted for cancellation requests received after the deadline.
Please inform JRM of any cancellation along with the reason as early as possible by emailing asia-ha@rael.org.
● If you are not yet sure of your ability to participate, please first register for academy participation only, without bento meals and the JRM Circular Bus service.
● After the deadline, you may still register for academy participation via email, however, you must arrange for your own transportation, meals, and accommodation.

If you wish to use the JRM Circular Bus to/from the Summit Hall, it is recommended to stay at the Best Western Hotel or other nearby hotel.
● Best Western Hotel Okinawa Kouki Beach
Reservations can be made on the hotel’s website or other travel websites. Room availability will be announced via email to those who participated in the Academy and World Convention last year for convenience, however no group discount will be available.
Caution: The Best Western Okinawa Onna Beach is a sister hotel located far from the Academy venue.
● Twin-Line Hotel Yanbaru Okinawa Japan
This hotel is only a 2 minute-walk away from the Best Western Hotel where you can catch the JRM Circular Bus. Reservations can be made on the hotel’s website or other travel websites. No group discounts are available this year.
● Courtyard by Marriott Okinawa Resort (New)
The former Kanehide Kise Beach Palace Hotel is reopening as Courtyard by Marriot Okinawa Resort in June. This hotel is a 6 minute-walk away from the Best Western Hotel where you can catch the JRM Circular Bus. Marriott will start accepting reservations in May. For more details, and to make a booking, please check the hotel’s website.
● Other hotels
Please refer to the Appendix attached to the “Brochure” for a choice of other hotels. Since the September/October period is high season for tourism in Okinawa, you are advised to make your hotel reservations early.
PLEASE BE SURE TO KEEP YOUR RESERVATION DETAILS WITH YOU AND SHARE THEM WITH YOUR ROOMATE TO AVOID ANY TROUBLE WITH THE HOTEL. JRM IS UNABLE TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE WITH YOUR RESERVATIONS.

● The participation fee covers use of the facilities, equipment, and teaching materials.
● The participation fee is waived for members and non-members who are 18 years old and below. Please present your ID at the reception desk for verification.

● Cash (Japanese Yen) is the only form of payment accepted at the reception desk on September 26.
● Please exchange all required currency before you depart for Japan, or at major international airports inside Japan.
● There are no foreign currency exchange services in the vicinity of the academy area.

(2) Bento meals (boxed Japanese meals)
Lunch: 850 JPY per box / Dinner:1,200 JPY per box
These optional bento meals are provided at the Summit Hall for convenience.
(3) JRM Circular Bus service between the Summit Hall and Best Western Okinawa Kouki Beach Hotel
7,000 JPY for the whole duration of the Academy (about 170 yen for each ride)
