I remember, many years ago, at the beginning of the contact sessions with the Elohim, it looked like a Catholic church mass. Terrible! \u201cElohim, Elohim\u2026\u201d No! Laughing! Singing! Yes! You want to show your love to the Elohim? This is the time. Not crying: \u201cOh Elohim\u2026\u201d No. Happiness! Happiness! The best way to show your love to the Elohim is to show your happiness, to show how happy you are to be alive, how happy you are to have been created by the Elohim.<\/p>\n
They don\u2019t want to see you sad, saying \u201cOh Elohim\u2026\u201d No. They want to see you dancing, singing, loving.<\/p>\n
Are you happy to be alive?<\/p>\n
Are you happy to be alive? This should be constant in your life. As soon as you wake up, thank the Elohim: \u201cWow! A new day on Earth. A new day where I can show and give love to everybody, by every means possible.\u201d want to sing my happiness. Very good! I want to dance my happiness. I want to express it through science, through singing, through composing music, through every activity you have.<\/p>\n
It can be as simple as cooking. When you cook and prepare good food, you show your happiness to the Elohim: \u201cI have food.\u201d You have a cup of sake? \u201cThank you, Elohim! Oh, I love you!\u201d Every activity, everything you do, must be an expression of happiness. The Elohim are sad if you are not happy: \u2018Why did we create them? They are not happy to be alive.\u201d But when they see you dancing, singing, jumping, they say: \u201cThat\u2019s what we wanted to create.\u201d<\/p>\n
So, you want to show your love to the Elohim? Be happy.<\/p>\n
That\u2019s why our most important meeting is the Happiness Academy. Not Philosophy Academy, not Meditation Academy, no. Happiness Academy! Because happiness contains everything.<\/p>\n
What is the deepest meditation? Happiness.<\/p>\n
When you are happy, you meditate. No need to be like yoga people. The love for the Elohim is everywhere, in eating, in drinking, everything you do is connected to the Elohim. We are so lucky. So many people don\u2019t have food. So many people are now in the middle of war. How lucky you are! So, enjoy. Don\u2019t feel the stupid guilt of people who think: \u201cOh, many people are starving, I cannot enjoy food.\u201d This is stupid. The opposite: Enjoy the food. Enjoy the music. Enjoy everything in your life, deeply. Especially love. The more happiness you have, the more pleasure you feel, the more you change the mood of the planet.<\/p>\n
When you are sad, \u201cOh, kawaii so\u2026\u201d, you don\u2019t help the people of Gaza. When you dance, when you sing, when you enjoy food, you help them. Because the vibration of love and happiness in your brain spreads everywhere on Earth. Not only on Earth, in infinity. Think about the responsibility you have when you are happy. Through the happiness of your brain, you send happiness everywhere in infinity: in the infinitely large and the infinitely small. Think about all the galaxies, all the planets, all the humanities that are in your hands. When you are sad and negative, you make them sad and negative. When you are happy, when you enjoy dancing, singing, everything, all the galaxies in your body feel it.<\/p>\n
That\u2019s why being happy is good for your health. If you are not happy, the infinitely small inside you cannot be happy. Happiness is contagious, between us, with the Elohim, and inside your body. A famous French philosopher said: \u201cI am happy because it is good for health.\u201d Being happy is good for your health. No pill can make you as healthy as happiness can.<\/p>\n
And remember this very important thing: Everybody is helping you to be happy. Especially the people who don\u2019t understand why you are happy. They are easy to recognize. They say: \u201cWhy are you happy?\u201d Bingo! \u201cTo make you ask why\u201d. You use the mirror. If somebody says, \u201cWhy are you happy? What\u2019s happening?\u201d Nothing. The answer is: \u201cnothing.\u201d \u201cBut why are you happy?\u201d For no reason. Think about it, this is very deep. You must be happy for no reason.<\/p>\n
If you are happy because of something, it is not true happiness.<\/p>\n
\u201cI am happy because I made money.\u201d Not happiness. \u201cI am happy because I have a nice partner.\u201d Not happiness. \u201cI am happy because I have a new car.\u201d Not happiness. For no reason. Laughing, for no reason. Singing, for no reason. Dancing, for no reason. So, when people ask, \u201cWhy are you happy?\u201d Say: thank you for your question, please ask me again. Because there is no answer. \u201cI am happy for no reason.\u201d<\/p>\n
Why? Because I don\u2019t ask myself why. And it works the same for yourself. \u201cWhy am I happy?\u201d The moment you ask that, you become serious. No. No reason. No \u201cbecause.\u201d You wake up happy. \u201cWhy do you wake up happy?\u201d Because I am happy. \u201cWhy are you happy?\u201d Because I am happy. It continues endlessly.<\/p>\n
And every morning, say: \u201cToday will be the happiest day of my life.\u201d And if you say it, it will be. Today will be the happiest day of my life. This life will be the happiest life in infinity. Why don\u2019t you make your life the happiest life in infinity? Why can\u2019t you be the happiest person on Earth? That\u2019s a good competition.<\/p>\n
Competition is bad, but competition in happiness is fantastic. No humility in happiness. \u201cI am stronger than you\u201d, terrible. \u201cI am richer than you\u201d , terrible. \u201cI am happier than you\u201d , perfect competition.<\/p>\n
Are you happier than me? No, I will be happier. Always be in competition of happiness. So today, a very special day, is the happiest day of your life.<\/p>\n
