Un an apr\u00e8s avoir menac\u00e9 de quitter la Cour p\u00e9nale internationale (CPI), l\u2019Afrique du Sud a notifi\u00e9 aux Nations Unies son retrait du statut de Rome.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une lettre adress\u00e9e aux Nations unies sign\u00e9e par la ministre des Relations internationales, Maite Nkoana-Mashabane, Pretoria estime que \u00ab\u00a0ses obligations au regard de la r\u00e9solution pacifique des conflits \u00e9taient parfois incompatibles avec l\u2019interpr\u00e9tation donn\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb par la CPI,\u00a0a annonc\u00e9 Reuters, t\u00f4t\u00a0vendredi 21 octobre.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019information a \u00e9t\u00e9 officiellement confirm\u00e9e quelques heures plus tard.
