Nice move by the Scottish authorities. <\/span><\/span><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong><!--more--><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"article__summary summary \">\n<p>Family advocates are up in arms against a new guideline issued by the Scottish government which they say promotes \u2013 or at least condones \u2013 underage sex among children as young as 13, local media reported on Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>The policy states that if a young person is in a \u201csafe and mutually respectful\u201d relationship, police, teachers and social workers should maintain \u201cconfidentiality\u201d \u2013 i.e. no telling Mom and Dad.
